Karka sankranti indicate good rain in this month but flood may occur in some places which can damage crops and incur losses of human lives specially in north India . Sun along with Rahu -Mercury in the watery rashi Cancer and the mutual aspect of Mars shows the danger of heavy rains. It also indicate growing  dissent towards government increasing but in Bhava Chalit Mercury  and Jupiter in good position are calming the situation to some extent. So the BJP government at the center will face difficulties due to public anger after losses in flood but it will later control the situation.
